1. Website Use Agreement

By accessing or using our website (www.ewiresolutions.com), you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use this site.

You agree not to:

• Spread false, defamatory, misleading, or harmful information about Ewire Solutions, its employees, or affiliates.

• Post or transmit any content that is abusive, unlawful, or infringes upon the rights of others.

Violation of this provision will make you legally liable for all resulting damages, court costs, and attorney’s fees. You also agree that Ewire Solutions is entitled to recover all associated legal fees and costs, and a minimum liquidated damages amount of $10,000, for any reputational harm caused through defamation or false representation, whether online or offline.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and proposals provided by Ewire Solutions are valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Quotes are subject to change due to market conditions, availability, or changes in project scope.

3. Service Agreements

All work performed is subject to a written service agreement or work authorization signed by the Customer. Verbal agreements are not valid unless confirmed in writing by Ewire Solutions.

4. Labor and Product Warranty

• Labor Warranty: All labor performed by Ewire Solutions is warrantied for 30 days from the date of Install. Any claims outside this window will be subject to additional charges unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Product Warranty: Ewire Solutions does not offer any warranties, express or implied, beyond the manufacturer’s warranty for products sold or installed. Ewire Solutions shall not be held responsible for product defects, malfunctions, or performance issues related to any third-party or manufacturer’s product.

• Ewire Solutions does not offer extended warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ewire Solutions shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages whatsoever arising out of or related to the use of our services or website. Ewire Solutions’ total liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the service in dispute.

6. Lien and Legal Enforcement Clause

If Ewire Solutions is required to place a lien on a property due to non-payment, the following terms shall apply:

• The Homeowner, Property Owner, or Customer agrees to be fully responsible for:

  • All legal fees

  • All court costs

  • Any and all fees related to the filing and enforcement of the lien

• Upon placement of a lien, an additional $10,000 USD will be automatically added to the outstanding invoice, as agreed-upon liquidated damages, administrative costs, and collection efforts.

• Ewire Solutions reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings under Florida state law and will seek the maximum remedy permitted.

7. Third-Party Software and Services

Ewire Solutions may use third-party tools and services (including but not limited to Google Analytics, Facebook, Zoho, Elementor, PayPal, Yoast SEO, WooCommerce, and BlueFolder) to operate and enhance this website. We are not responsible for the content, data practices, or operations of these third-party platforms.

8. Changes to Terms

Ewire Solutions reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of this site after any such updates constitutes your consent to the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
