Returns & Refunds policy
All Sales Are Final
All product and service sales through Ewire Solutions are considered final. No refunds will be issued unless a product is found to have a manufacturer defect. In such cases, the customer must seek remedy directly through the manufacturer’s warranty. Ewire Solutions does not offer any extended or additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

If Ewire Solutions chooses reimburse you in 90 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:Sales@ewiesolutions.com
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Manufacturer Defects
Products with manufacturer defects must be addressed through the appropriate warranty process. Ewire Solutions is not responsible for honoring or facilitating manufacturer warranties beyond providing contact information or documentation when available.
Deposits
All deposits made for large jobs, custom work, or special orders are non-refundable under any circumstances. By submitting a deposit, the customer agrees to this policy.
Shipping & Returns
Return Shipping: Customers are solely responsible for the cost of returning any item to the manufacturer or supplier.
Additional Shipping Charges: If the manufacturer or supplier charges us to ship a replacement product, that fee will be passed on to the customer.
Ewire Solutions does not accept returned items directly unless otherwise specified in writing.
Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit unless required by law.
Exchanges
Ewire Solutions does not process or guarantee exchanges. All exchanges are subject to the policies of the original manufacturer or supplier. Customers must initiate exchange requests with the product’s original source.
Fees
Any fees associated with product purchases, service labor, shipping, handling, or processing will be the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the final invoice or transaction amount.
